GRATUITIES PrePayment Option

Royal Caribbean automatically adds a $18.50 USD gratuity per day to each guest’s SeaPass account on a daily basis. This gratuity is shared by Dining Services, Stateroom Attendants and crew that work hard to enhance your cruise.

You DO NOT need to tip at all on the ship during your cruise

I opt to pre-pay the gratuity fee along with my cruise fare so that I do not have the additional charge at the end of my cruise.

The gratuity charge will appear on your final bill on the ship unless you opt to pre-pay when you book your cruise.

PLEASE NOTE:

Royal Caribbean only allows 50 cabins to be held at the group rate for the group for a limited time.

Additional cabins past 50 can be booked and be brought into the group but at the prevailing cabin rate.  If you are considering this cruise, place a $200 deposit (100% refundable until 8/19/25) on your cabin as soon as possible to lock in the rate and assure availability.

TRAVEL PROTECTION

To make sure you have nothing to think about except having a good time, RCCL offers their CruiseCare Vacation Protection Plan. CruiseCare protects you both before and during your cruise vacation

Trip Cancellation/Trip Interruption - cash reimbursement, up to the Total Cruise Vacation cost, for cancellations and interruptions due to covered illness, injury, or death of immediate family members as well as other covered reasons

Future Cruise Credits - equal to 75% of the cancellation penalty for non-covered, voluntary cancellations*

Trip Delay - up to $500 USD per person, in the event of a covered delay to or from the Cruise Vacation

Medical Protection - up to $10,000 USD per person, for reimbursement of medical expenses incurred due to a covered illness or injury during the Cruise Vacation

Emergency Medical Transportation - up to $25,000 USD per person, arranged and prepaid by AIG Assist for emergency medical transportation

Baggage Protection - up to $1,500 USD reimbursement toward lost, stolen or damaged bags and $500 USD for purchase of necessary items if bags are delayed more than 24 hours

Worldwide Emergency Assistance - 24 hours a day, multilingual traveler’s emergency hotline

Insurance costs vary depending on the cabin category you choose and it's cost.

It is strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance due to the cruise line’s strict cancellation policies. In addition, be aware that most medical insurance (including Medicare and Medicaid) are not accepted on cruise ships or in foreign countries.

 This is to confirm that you are aware of the cancellation penalties as described above on this page and that travel insurance is available for purchase to protect against cancellation penalties due to unforeseen MEDICAL reasons.

If you travel a lot, you can get an annual travel insurance policy which will cover all of your trips for the year.  An annual policy covers more than the cruise policy.

TRAVELERS MUST HAVE PROPER TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

For international travel, excluding cruises that begin at and return to the same U.S. port, U.S. CITIZENS MUST HAVE A VALID PASSPORT.

For cruises that begin at and return to the same U.S. port, U.S. CITIZENS must have a VALID PASSPORT or original certified birth certificate w/raised seal and photo ID.  We strongly encourage you to have a passport because it makes embarking and disembarking quicker and easier.

NON-U.S. CITIZENS and RESIDENT ALIENS should contact their respective embassies and U.S. Immigration for applicable regulations.
