Here are some details for the Carb Sober trips:

This will be a laid back & relaxing time together where we will gather at meal times & pool & beach times & maybe venture out on excursions together & also find time to relax in solitude.  

We will do lots of Q&A’s wherever we are with whomever we’re with!

These are NOT a formal all-day speaker type events…. we will be out soaking up the sun

and not sitting in conference rooms for these trips.

If that is what you are after, you may be able to find that elsewhere.

FOR THE CRUISES:

We will plan on a location upon boarding and exploring the ship for a fun “SAIL AWAY” gathering  where I will hand out fun bright Carb Sober Cruise wristbands that I’ve had made so we can easily identify others on the ship with us when out & about and around the ship to easily gather and get to enjoy time with each other.

I will schedule a meeting time for each of the days we are at sea for us all to meet and we will take the opportunity to do a presentation and Q&A session and Carb Sober pep talk for all who would like to gather!

This is an opportunity to be on vacation with lots of other carnivores to eat lots of meat and have

lots of meaty conversations and connections.

Take comfort that there is no judgement or food shaming here…. eat whatever is on YOUR plan!

Enjoy a trip where there will be lots of butter but

probably NO bread basket on the dinner table!

I will arrange for reserved tables to have dinners together when possible

We will keep a WhatsApp chat active before the trip to join into similar excursions if wanted and use it during the trip via wifi on the ship to help coordinate joining together for breakfast or beach or pool gatherings or evening comedy shows or music venues.  I’ll also post when I’m heading to the gym for anyone who wants to workout with me and have a hands on tutorial of my workout routine.  We can meet up on the top sport deck in the early mornings for those who want to get in a morning sunrise walk on the walking track.
